More students come forward alleging abuse at Woodland Hills

An attorney representing two students who claim they were abused by administrators at Woodland Hills High School said Tuesday that two more students have come forward with similar stories.

Todd Hollis, who represented an unidentified student earlier this year after the student recorded high school principal Kevin Murray threatening to "knock his ... teeth" down his throat, said his office was contacted last week by federal investigators who are looking into "incidents of abuse" at Woodland Hills High School.

If a parent did these things to their own child they would be arrested for child abuse with no questions asked. Their child would be immediately put in state protected custody. However, a school official does it, there is a question that crimes were committed?

That video is horrible. There's no question the security guy did outright assault. The child was just sitting there when he walked in and attacked him - I don't see how they could even begin to try to argue self-defense or any rational reasoning because of this video being out. Follow this up with tasering three times? Just terrible.

Seeing that the video is the property of the school, it wouldn't work out so well for 'them' if they removed bits would it? Their attorney would have gotten the video through discovery.

There are several gaps, one has some school staff in a hall just disappear at 12:25:31 and then the time stamp reads 12:25:39.

Uh, the video is a surveillance video from the school. So if there are any unrecoverable gaps it is because the school removed them or the system failed to record. The argument that the victims removed parts of teh video falls farther than flat.

The terrifying part is this is how the school officials behave when they know they are being recorded. How do they behave when they are not?
