My sisters and I have cleared out a lot of old stuff in my . Some of the things were probably 50+ years old. Anyway, we decided to store some blankets in one of the cupboards in the family room that once held a lot of books. Now my cats are thinking that we turned it into some beds for them.

There was so much stuff in my house. It was nuts! I guess that is what happens when you keep collecting things and don't get rid of anything. Well, most of the stuff wasn't mine and it was just taking up space and collecting dust for many years. My sisters and I worked on clearing the junk out of the house and now there is much more room. I'm amazed at how a lot of clutter can affect my stress level, and I can breathe so much better now.

Getting rid of junk does relieve stress a bunch both the effort and reward and seeing the results. I've had piles of junk here that I've gotten rid of over the years slowly and still have more to go.

Been too stressed and sad to post. This is the last week ever n my home. You all pray for me if I cros your mind. staying in a nursing home isn't fun o easy.
