I've noticed that a lot of shows, movies, even tv commercials have mixed race couples on them so often that it isn't a normal representation of the population closer to 3-5 times normal IMO. More correctness I guess.

We have very mild winters here. We also have a very quiet neighborhood. I would like to get a dog and go on family walks every weekend.
Our winters aren't too bad but it gets below freezing and windy and also just above freezing and rainy too making it hard to stay warm on a walk without bundling up a lot at times making it not enjoyable at all and when it rains forget walking plus snow and ice makes it a slip and fall anger. My mom was out walking around the house with her dog and fell and broke her arm and it healed wrong and had to be rebroken. As I get older I am a little more cautious as my bones may be less strong as they were when I was younger.

We don't go for walks when there is a lot of snow and rain, but that's just due to practicality. Right now, if we put on a jacket and maybe hats for the boys, we should be fine. The ground is muddy in spots, but clear. We walk mostly when the ground is dry (unless we are on the farm) because there are no sidewalks here. We are in a teeny town. On the farm, though, we walk longer distances in more kinds of weather because there are things that need doing no matter what.

I think a lot of this antibacterial stuff is going to backfire in the future as kids growing up in a sterile environment will not develop robust immune systems when they have little to fight off.

I agree with you soph I try to only use soap not the other stuff
There is a use for antibacterial stuff when you are handling stuff that can be inundated with harmful bacteria like raw foods and cleaning toilets and such but sterilizing every surface and constantly washing your hands to prevent common germs from that cause things like minor colds and flus is another.
