As for the Clintons, it is not merely one offence, it is a laundry list of offences. I remember many years ago, when Bill was president, going to work on a job site, where a college educated painter from Arkansas, while on lunch breaks, telling my dad and I stories about the Clintons before Bill was president, even before Bill became a senator of Arkansas. I guess the man knew people who knew the Clintons peronally before their rise to power. If there was even a shred of truth to those stories, they have a long history of unlawful offences, shrouded in secrecy covered in lies and deception. Of course this has zero credibility with democrat party loyalists, but I hope truth will prevail, wherever the chips may fall.

Okay last post I swear. MERS digitized titles for over 60 million homes in the US, skipping proper recording at county recording offices to save a few thousand bucks per home. They then packaged all those mortgages up into bundles and then split them up so they could sell them to unwary investors all over the world.

Those titles are impaired, because they were not properly recorded. The fed ruled a couple years ago that this wasn't a big deal, they swept it all under the rug. But it is a big deal if the homes involved enter into bankruptcy because the bank cannot prove in a court of law who legally owns the title because they destroyed the title.

Here's another, in 2012 a hurricane hit New York and destroyed all the paper records held in the vault of the depository trust corporation. The DTCC 'guarantees' all trades conducted in the financial markets related to US firms. Most stocks are held for less than 12 seconds on average, some stocks are traded in nano-seconds. There is no way that any human(s) could ever follow those trades if something were to happen to the exchanges. Since their paper records were destroyed, and they cannot follow modern computer trading, all stocks sold in this nation are not owned, they are 'rented' and the exchanges just collect fees.

The DTCC and MERS are both owned by the same corporations (banks) and they are shareholders in the federal reserve system. All of this bending of our property rights was enabled by the abolishing of Glass Steagal by the Graham Leach Bliley Act which happened during Bill Clinton's administration.

So what I'm saying is that property rights in this nation are an illusion and the main culprits responsible are the Clintons so you will never see her go to prison much less indicted for any crimes.

Clinton is guilty of many things (a couple listed below). Let's not shift blame. If Trump is guilty his day will come. But right now it's Clinton that has her hands dirty and we are talking about. From link below:

But public corruption prosecutors in Washington expressed disinterest in working with the FBI on a Clinton Foundation-related investigation in 2016, saying they had concerns about the strength of the FBI's evidence.
