If you are a Roman Catholic, and a heretic, the Church offers a solution for you. A heretic is someone who believes, or professes something against Catholic teaching. Here are some heresies against The Roman Catholic Church:

Abortion is permissible. Abortion is only permissible for non-Catholics. A Catholic may not have an abortion without subsequent confession of, and sincere repentence from this sin. This subsequnet action may not be planned ahead of time. That is intentional sin, and seeks to steal forgiveness from God.

Sodomy is permissible. Sodomy is only permissible for non-Catholics. The same requirements for abortion apply to sodomy. Known sodomites must be refused communion until they participate in a sacramental confession. If subsequent sodomy is committed by this church member, confession must be sought for each offense before communion can be received.

Receiving communion in the conscious state of serious sin is permissible. A state of serious sin divides the soul of the sinner from God. Receiving communion in such a state is stealing The Body and Blood of Jesus. This is the way of thieves and marauders. Prior sacramental confession is required to receive communion again.

Homosexual marriage is permissible. This is the same as the above regarding sodomy.

Catholics may marry in a heathen church. Marriage in a heathen church is only permissible for non-Catholics. Catholics must marry in the Catholic Church. If a Catholic marries a non-Catholic, in a heathen church, and the Catholic does not make a profession of faith in the heathen church, the marriage is not observed by The Catholic Church. It is nullified.

Questioning Mary's innocence. If you believe this you are a heretic. See the end of this post for solution.

Sex outside of marriage is permissible. Sex outside of marriage is only permissible where both people are non-Catholics. If there are more than two people involved, all the people must be non-Catholics. Catholics are required to confess this sin, during sacramental confession, in number and type. This is a serious sin, and sacramental confession is required before returning to the other sacraments.

inappropriate contentography is permissible. The Catholic teaching is: there can be nothing in your home, which you would feel uncomfortable, morally, to bring to mass with you and carry while you receive communion.

Self sex is permissible. Self sex is only permissible for non-Catholics. This may, or may not be a serious sin. Consult a Priest if there is question.

Adultery is permissible. Adultery is only permissible between non-Catholics. Where one or more participants are Catholic this is forbidden. This is a serious sin. Stipulations for other serious sins apply.

Divorce is permissible. Divorce is only permissible where the person filing for the divorce is non-Catholic. Catholics are not allowed to file for divorce without seeking reconciliation in the sacrament of confession. Sincere repentence is required prior to receiving Holy Eucharist.

It isn't necessay to receive the sacraments in order to be Catholic. Unless there is some compelling reason, Mass attendance, receiving Holy Eucharist, and sacramental confession must all be observed at least once per year to remain a Catholic. Failing this, you are pretty much free to believe any heresy, because you are no longer Catholic.

If you believe, or profess any of these modern day heresies, The Catholic Church has provided automatic excommunication for you. No one need pronounce the excommunication. It is done by Jesus. You are purged from the Body of the legitimate and legal Bride of Jesus Christ; The Roman Catholic Church.

If you are non-Catholic, Jesus gives you Grace, and manifests His Power in you. He blesses you. The only thing different about being Catholic is how much Jesus forgives. How much will a man forgive his wife, and how much the jealous woman who always criticises her? Jesus overlooks everything His legitimate Bride does, and is pleased by her unending beauty. In time, the schizm of the Christian Church will end, and all Christians will be Catholics once again.

Dude,
This stuff isn't permissible by most of the Christian Church. Unless you mean "non-catholic" as in non-christian. If I understand correctly the RC teaches that the "separated brethren" are still catholic to some degree (whether they like it or not ;))

There is presently a schism in The Catholic Church. In truth, all Christians belong to The Roman Catholic Church, but have excommunicated themselves by heresy. The original heresy, which resulted in the schism, was denial of transubstantiation of The Eucharist. Transubstantiation is a change of substance. During Holy Catholic Mass, bread and wine is changed into the Body and Blood of Christ Jesus. This is called transubstantiation of The Eucharist. When someone refuses this, or other Catholic teachings, the church provides for the individual excommunication, as not to defile Christ's Church. In reality, you can go to communion at a Catholic Church, even if you are not Catholic, and some Grace will be imparted to you, unless you are in a state of serious sin. Whether one believes the Catholic teaching, or not, it remains Truth. Non-Catholics are free to make their own rules, as they are not Catholics, so are not bound by Catholic teaching. These people cannot receive the Sacraments, but if they are believers in Christ they are always welcome in a Catholic Church. The Catholics do not hold it against Protestants that they are Protestant. The Catholic Church observes Protestant marriages, unless one partner is Catholic, and remains Catholic after the marriage. That marriage is nullified.

All Catholics are looking forward to the time when Christ's Bride can be One Body under The Holy Roman Catholic Church. That time is coming shortly. The Great schism of The Catholic Church is nearly over, in terms of the entire lifespan of The Catholic Church. One thing that is good about being Catholic is no evil will prevail against a Catholic.

No, we do not know who is Catholic. Being baptized brings you into the Church, however, holding to heresy or being in schism with the Church takes you right out.
