Churches are the outposts of the Kingdom of God in this world. Our clergy are icons of Christ to us, just as we are icons of Christ to everyone we meet. The Divine Liturgy is heaven on earth. When possible, we use the best of the material world (for lack of a better term) for the Glory of God.

And is so doing Rome followed in the footsteps of the Judaizers by adding conditions for salvation that are anti-Biblical and anti-Christ, which undermine the True Gospel of Christ, just as the Judaizers did by adding unneccessary conditions.

Not only did it distort the "nulla sallus" but also distorts and adds to the Gospel unneccessary conditions that turn it into "another gospel" as Paul said.

Sure the Lord after promising
to be with His Church till the end left it and ordained men who gave us a different one. The Church He created for 1500 years He gave a distorted one so everyone before 1500 would burn in Hell.

Augustine gives us the conditions.

"Whosoever shall have separated himself from the Catholic Church, no matter how praiseworthy such a person may fancy his life has been, yet for that one crime of having cut himself off from the unity of Christ he shall not have eternal life, but the wrath of God shall abide with him for ever." So, what is the nature of this "first among equals?" Is he not like a priest guiding the group through a spiritual journey?

This really is the problem, I don't understand what could be considered Apostolic Authority and "first among equals" or Papal Primacy theory. The Pope is to be, after all, the servant of servants. We can surely leave jurisdictional issues aside for now (a matter or tradition or prudence?)

First among equals meant he acted as an arbiter in disputes and at councils held the chair of Honor. However, he held no special authority over the other Patriarchates. look at the EP today.
