I have the same diagnosis as you all, schizoaffective disorder. About 2 years age I got news of a new experimental treatment for schizoaffective disorder and schizophrenia, called sarcosine. Do you take both or just the sarcosine?

Maybe L-theanine and sarcosine would work well together. L-theanine works well on positives. I tried it and it lowers blood pressure too. But I don’t like the way it makes my heart feel. It opens up the blood vessels. I’ve had a heart attack, so it feels uncomfortable. Look at schizophrenia.com/forum. They have discussions of both.
