can anyone recommend any eschatologica?l studies that are more messianic and less dispensational in their intepretation

Revelation, with a thorough comparison of the teachings in Daniel, Matt. 24, Mark 13, Luke 21, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel and the Psalms and other prophets. No other books outside of the Scriptures are necessary or required to study eschatology.

Dang, NE! I think he is looking for reference books and commentary with a Messianic mindset! :p

Can't help much, jehoikim. But the "Jewish New Testament Commentary" by David Stern is generally a good reference book to have on hand.

Good luck.

Derek Leman on his blog has some good studies based on Jewish context of Yeshua's first advent. Yeshua first advent 'triggered' the eschatology if you will especially with non Jewish believers coming to faith. Derek in my opinion is the best based on Jewish context.
