There is a mental trick that I'd like to share with you, I believe it would be beneficial
to you.

it's simple but it might not be easy to do, it might take time to achieve. But if you try
you'll succeed one day. Not everyone will find it equally easy, some find it easy, while
some will find it hard.

The mental trick is this: stop placing "happiness" on the top of your list of foremost goals
