Graham's entire line of questioning is absurd. You don't need to have evidence of guilt in a crime to perform an investigation, all you need is a crime (which there was). The entire purpose of an investigation is to uncover evidence and see where it leads.

Well, warrents are signed by judges. Not sure which judge you have a problem with, but pretty sure they also were not a part of the Obama administration leadership.

The "warrants" were issued by an Obama Administration FISA court judge after receiving information that contained 17 'errors' including an email edited by an Obama Administration Attorney, and a political hit piece paid for By Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee that contained unverifiable accusations, which the author himself said was not accurate.
