Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. Mat. 6:19-21

I would like to have a discussion on this. So it's telling us not to store up material things but treasures in heaven such as love, giving, etc. Any other examples? Or are there too many to list then it would ok as I have the idea.
What about shopping?
I would say you would spend money on your needs of course, but what about wants?! like how many clothes should you have, etc. You can keep it short. Thank you

We have a need for some material things but they do not feed our soul. Virtue is the soul's sustenance. Good deeds, good thoughts, these are the greater treasures. We take our virtue with us but not our earthly possessions.
