Rev 14 contains the 3 Angel's messages -
The third angel's message is in Rev 14:9-12
9 Then another angel, a third one, followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives a mark on his forehead or on his hand, 10 he also will drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is mixed in full strength in the cup of His anger; and he will be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. 11 And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; they have no rest day and night, those who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name.” 12 Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.

Rev 14 - Three angel's messages - the last warning message to mankind
Rev 15 - close of probation Rev 15:8
Rev 16 - seven last Plagues - the wrath of God
Rev 19 - appearing of christ, first resurrection, saints raptured, all the lost slain 2 Thess 1:5-11, No humans left Jer 4:23-26 (see vs 25)
So that Rev 14 point of the three angels messages - is very very important!

HOWEVER! -
Luke 4:41
41 Demons also were coming out of many, shouting, “You are the Son of God!” But rebuking them, He would not allow them to speak, because they knew Him to be the Christ.
Demons wanted to preach "Bible truth" and Jesus would not LET Them!!
Demons losing the battle with one soul - being cast out of that soul by Christ - then SHOUT that Jesus is "The Son of God" -- the very thing Jesus does NOT want them to do. It is their way of stabbing back at Christ in their defeat.
Of course it is obvious that the demons were simply using the "other tactic" for attacking truth. Which is to shove too much information, too fast at the audience so that they will reject Christ.
You see that same tactic used in this area of the third angel's message and the mark of the beast. Satan tries that same stunt -- shoving too much information too fast - to get the audience to reject it all.

When we read Rev 13 we can see a commandment being violated --- the one about not bowing down , worshiping , serving other gods, graven images etc. IT is not just SDAs that can see this - even the most casual reader of Rev 13 can see it.
But there are more subtle nuanced truths also found in Rev 13 and Rev 14 that bring up even more details. Maybe too many details for first-glance casual reader.
Maybe there is a REASON - God does not fire hose the reader in Rev 13 and 14 - but gives out information a bit at at time -- and we should all follow HIS lead.

One thing is clear in Rev 13 and 14, the mark of the beast condition has never been reached in the past, and is not going on now... it is distinctly a future condition predicted by these two chapters. A future even that we need to warn to the world about -- without choking people with spiritual indigestion -- too much , too soon, too fast.
Jesus said "I have many MORE things to tell you but you cannot receive them now" John 16 -- He is not talking to unbelievers, pagan Romans etc in John 16. He is talking to His own faithful followers whom HE cannot tell certain truths to at that time because they too would choke on it.
In fact Peter almost chokes death on truth in Matt 16.
How much more care should we take when sharing truth others.
