Mani can highs and dark depressions.

Ok, my current doc told me I have to cold turkey my klonopin. I have ever since went into two seizures. I have manic highs but mostly dark depressions. I will take lyrica to get me out of the anxiety filled depression but I notice when the lyrica stops working that I go into a dark delusional depression.


My second mom pointed out what was going on with me. She said her sister goes thru the same thing. I mean when I go thru the depression I feel like I've already died and that I I maybe doomed.


I also have Pure O OCD. So this two disorder mix together creating and tidal wave of mental anguish. Anyone here can relate?

I have OCD pure O thoughts..,,
When they're overwhelming... I get very twitchy..nausea(abt to throw up). I have nightmares, last night I couldn't breathe in my sleep...

This is so hellish..I cant...and.. I wouldn't wish this on someone I hated.

I just don't experience the highs or any delusional or out of touch thinking.


You are not alone. I know how scary and worrisome anxiety can be, stay strong...bc God is near. Pray and pray and pray some more. And take medication.

100% relate. I don't know why ANY doctor would tell a patient to just stop taking a medication w/o weaning. Did he/she give you something to help your body adjust to it?
