Lugols Solution

Anyone else take Lugols Solution for PCOS or Thyroid issues? I do and it really works for me.

I also take a whole bunch of vitamins daily, along with Noni, Green Miracle, and sometimes Budwig.

I take Lugol's everyday. The whole family, in fact. Kids rarely get sick. Same with me. Been taking at least 25 mg/day for about a year now. Sometimes more. My thyroid is probably saturated by now.

Selenium is a perfect supplement to iodine. Recommendation is 200-400 mcg a day.
