Love cooking veggies

    Monggo beans with green leafy vegetables and have shrimp on it. That's my fave, which is a Filipino dish. Not a food really for wealthy ones here but it's nutritious.

    I use black-eye peas, celery, scallions and bacon (instead of ham hocks).
