He was wiping his nose and touching everything and I'm pretty sure they didn't sanitize the desk before he swapped with Gaetz.
Give the guy some slack. He thinks his nose is bleeding but itsnot.

Think about it.

Louis Gohmert (R-TX) tests positive for COVID-19

I'm waiting for this President and his supporters to turn on Louie Gohmert (R-TX) and denounce him as a "closet liberal" - its well-known fact that only "Trump Haters" claim that they have been infected by COVID-19 and even resort to dying just to make him look bad!

Rep. Raúl Grijalva has tested positive for COVID-19 after a week in Washington, D.C., that included a hearing with Rep. Louie Gohmert, who also tested positive in recent days.

It isn't clear how Grijalva contracted the virus, but the hearing with Gohmert, R-Texas, is a possibility.

Grijalva, who is the dean of Arizona's delegation, presided over a hearing of the House Natural Resources Committee that included Gohmert, who is a member of the committee, along with two other members of Arizona's congressional delegation. The hearing was Tuesday; Gohmert tested positive Wednesday.

Journalist tests positive for coronavirus after covering President Trump’s visit to Tampa Bay

The positive test came barely a day after the journalist stood in close proximity to dozens of other reporters, photographers — and the country’s top elected official at the Pelican Golf Club in Belleair.

Also in the room with the journalist was Gov. Ron DeSantis, Sen. Rick Scott, state Sen. Wilton Simpson, Pinellas County Commissioner Kathleen Peters and state Rep. Danny Perez.

Miller declined to name the journalist Monday, citing privacy concerns.

The White House declined to comment.
