There's also talk now that he may not actually be licensed to practise in California. If true, that's a real issue as he got an injunction in California just a few days ago, which would be illegal.

Oh and Daniels lawyer says he has a paper trail showing Cohen admitting he was acting on behalf of Trump with the $130,000 payout.

I mean, the fact that he is representing a man who has been sued in the past by his own lawyers for not paying legal fees is enough to make me doubt his intelligence.
