Logic about same race marriage

Heck I think I am sort of lost here but I see nothing wrong marrYing of any race as long as they are people and Male and Female.

Well, I agree with ego licet visum. Same-race marriages bring nothing but trouble and are detrimental to society. The only way we can improve our world is through heavy intercultural integration. Same-race marriages do nothing but promote cultural misunderstandings and racism.
I, for one, am naturally attracted to asian girls, and can't imagine anyone not being attracted to them. Since there's enough Asians anyway (and internet helps!), I don't see the problem of a ban on same-race marriages.

The point he made, which is an interesting one, is that there are substantial social benefits to mixed-race marriages. So, should we deny the marriages which are less beneficial?

Ok thanks, I think Mixed marriages are fine and then people of the same race is fine too.
I have noticed in this little town I live in has a big percentage of hispanic and they are marrying whites they make beautiful babies.
I think marrying outside of the race at some point in time we could not have any prejudices because we are all be mixed.
At least not on race anyway.

That is what I was trying to say but your way is much more honest and true.

I must say that I strongly oppose banning same race marriage. I for one think marrying a chimpanzee or horse or one's favorite ram or ewe is morally and genetically repugnant. All marriages must be between the same race or else or species will not survive to the next generation.

I am European-American and my fiance is Filipina....so I guess that I have nothing to worry about....but in regards to the hidden meaning behind the OP....sure, I gottcha...I don't think that same-sex unions should be banned....if there was more support for them, then there would be less hate against people.

I believe USincognito was trying to make the point that genetically there is no bases for the whole concept of "race". The truth is that there is actually more genetic diversity within so called races than there is between them.

This is along the lines of the arguements that Bigoted Christians use against Homosexual, and in same cases, Interraccial marriages.

I believe it is merely a thought provoking post to make you all see how narrow minded many of you can be.

Same race marriage is great for those people who know who and what they are as a people and are happy with their heritage. Those who are against same race marriage are the ones who don't like their heritage and are trying to escape from it and the reality of who they are as a people.
