Your tour guide is mistaken. Probably wishful thinking form his side

There are no other religions that are wide-spread in Northern Europe. There are some Moslems, but Christians are the great majority of religious believers. So since there are more Christians, that means there are more religious believers.

There's a small town called Castroville just west of me. They call it "Little Alsace". Had an uncle from there. Don't know how true it still is, but almost everyone there was Alsatian, almost everyone had the same last name (Haby) lol, and they speak Alsatian. There aren't Chinese in China Grove, but there are definitely Alsatians in Castroville.
