Philippians 2:2. Fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.
We glorify God with our ability to remain in one accord.
Romans 15:5 & 6. Now may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be like-minded toward one another, according to Christ Jesus, that you may with one mind and one mouth glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
To maintain the unity of the Spirit in one accord is required to maintain the favor of the Lord.
1 Peter 3:8-12., Psalm 34:12-16. Finally, all of you be of one mind, having compassion for one another; love as brothers, tenderhearted, courteous; not returning evil for evil or insult for insult, but on the contrary blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing.
“For He who would love life and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips from speaking deceit. Let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and His ears are open to their prayers; but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.”
The humility of Christ calls us to equality.
Romans 12:16. Be of the same mind toward one another. Do not set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Do not be wise in your own opinion.
