Life Got Busy....

Life got busy, O Lord. I have neglected prayer, worship, fellowship and have drifted away from Your Mercy, Grace, and Compassion. I have no excuses. I want to blame it on this thing called life, which I am humbled that You have chosen to bless me with. I have countless excuses as to why I rarely crack open Your Word. I ask that You help me make more of a conscious effort to pray more often and to read Scripture more often. May You remind me of this wonderful forum that it is here, in front of my computer, whether at work or at home, and that it is an option for me to come and pray. I'll see you tomorrow, Father (Lord willing).

Day 2 Lord. I don't know long I'll keep coming here, but at least it's a conscious effort to pray. Today was rough. Lives were affected. My heart is heavy and I pray for You to give grace and comfort to those involved. Forgive us our sins. May we be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
