While I agree there is unequal justice, that's a generalization as well.

On the contrary, this was most likely a hate crime against whites, and should be fully investigated as such.

Hate crimes against whites are on the rise now.

I noted it was a generalization, but statistics prove over and over that black suspects are treated very differently most of the time.
Stats also show most mass shooters are white.
