I need some advice hopefully someone can answer

I typed in Cecil's name into google and some info on his granddad came up (they have the same first and last name.)

The info says that my father in law has unclaimed pension benefits..

How can we look into that can we look into it?

If yes, it's up to him
If no, then who owns the estate?
