Lately I have been asking people at my work, family and my friends if they know anyone who has died or almost died from covid and so far no one knows anyone who has had serious issues. Not saying that it isn’t happening but I have ask about 50 people from different areas around.

This week, I have asked about twenty people that question. All have said yes. But I'm in Tennessee and we are the COVID per capita number 1.

As of yesterday Tenn is about 24th in the list of new infections, here in Virginia we are 13th, Texas is number 1 with about 6,500 a day.

Wow. Sounds miniscule. Any comparative data to give us some context?
Sure...whenever 15,000 people die, that just means nothing, according to current narratives.

Meanwhile in 1976, back when the world operated in reality, the swine flu debacle was ended after 32 deaths. Library Guides: Government Information: Swine Flu

  • By October 1976, 45 million people, 25 percent of the U.S. population, had been vaccinated.
  • While there was only the single U.S. death from the 1976 swine flu, 32 Americans died from complications related to the vaccine.
  • The immunization program was officially halted on December 16, 1976.

It is not that those people do not matter it is that stats are not personal.

Oh, yeah...perhaps you aren't following it closely, but they are indeed showing up in hospitals and dying. 15,790 Fully Vaccinated Americans Either Hospitalized Or Died Of COVID-19

So you agree the vaccine works :> Amazing.

Lets see 3040 people with 777 deaths with some states lying about statistics, and around 1/3rd not reporting yesterday, so 4 days of deaths over about a year. Pretty good. Also 87% of those deaths were 65 and over that have weakened immune systems that are going to be vulnerable to a point even with the vaccine. Looks to me like it worked. Always get a laugh out of you guys proving us right.

Well it didn't work for those 15 thousand people who died, did it?

I hope they are the last, but I suspect they are not.

"Elizondo died on Tuesday, with his cardiologist explaining he passed away because COVID had damaged his lungs.

Commenting on COVID vaccines, Rodriguez said: "I saw my dad, how sick as he was... I can't imagine how much more he would have suffered if he had not gotten the vaccine."

Daughter of fully vaccinated man who died in rare COVID breakthrough case supports shots

Yeah, it would have been so much worse than....death?

This story was edited, clearly: It included this before: Doctors said the condition of the father could have been worse if he was not vaccinated at all.

Now reads: Dr. Jan Patterson, an infectious disease specialist at UT Health, told KSAT she believed Rodriguez was right in her assessment of COVID vaccines.

Interesting. I read the original story when it came out.

15k DIDN"T die did even read the article? And yeah, people died, Again it took nearly a year to do what unvaccinated do in 2-3 days. So yeah vaccines work. Also you kinda ignore the part about 87% are people in the agegroup that need the vaccines the most as they are the most susceptible to dying. Your own talking points refute your own arguments. Your doing the whole, "People still die in car crashes with seatbelts, therefore seatbelts don't work." nonsense. Your argument would have SOME point if it was 3k people dead this week from covid that were vaccinated. The hard facts you YOURSELF are showing show that vaccines work period.

If we just do a quick calculation. The official death toll is getting close to 700,000 ( 696k now), and the population of the U.S. is about 328 million, so that calculates to

1 in 470 Americans have died of Covid.

That means to have a 50/50 chance of personally knowing someone that died, you'd need to personally know at least 470 people, But your odds would be higher in a city they had a big outbreak and death toll, and lower in an area with a lower death rate.

So, most people would not personally know someone that died of Covid.

But some (at least 2) posts here at CF have already said they do know someone, I noticed.

sounds good, in my city there hasn't been a huge uptake in cases or deaths makes sense I wouldn't run into anyone who knows

I scratch my head on why the earths net population grows by around 225,000 babies born each and everyday no matter what is happening seems strange
Didn’t…didn’t you see “The Matrix”, humans are “the infection”.
When I was a toddler, the Earth’s population was 3.039 Billion, now it’s 7.79 Billion.
It turns out that humans are very good at killing the very things that support their way of life and the tipping point of environmental damage is a lot closer than we’re going to know. (But it’ll probably be plastic pollution extincting an obscure krill (or something), then the dominoes just fall and mammals fall out of favor with Mother Nature.)

Large numbers. With a huge global population of 7 billion, then usually the total births per day would not change rapidly, even if they went up or down from the average per day by a tiny percentage on any individual day. A number like 225,000/day would be an average over time.

Interesting side topic: today I heard on the radio that 2020 was the first year in U.S. history where total deaths exceeded total births.

Interesting is the fact that guillain barre is more likely to occur as a result of having swine flu.Guillain-Barré Syndrome Fact Sheet | National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke
