Biden made the GND's author, AOC, his climate change czar, so it's a good bet he supports it and will be listening to the likes of AOC when decisions come. Perhaps we'll get that high-speed train to Hawaii after all? A good rule of thumb with Biden/Harris is not to believe anything they say, unless it's a commitment to leftist policies.

At this point we can cue the responses here - ALL politicians lie, etc. But Trump has an exceptional record of fulfilling his campaign promises. Most of the times he fell short were due to obstruction from Congress, either in the form of the Dems or Paul Ryan.

Has Hillary been locked up? No. Did he build a great wall payed for by Mexico? No. Did he cut spending by 1% every year he was in office? No. Did he repeal and replace the ACA? I imagine that better distribution networks are much more flexible, making it easier to match supply and demand, reducing the need for storage. In a (ridiculously) tiny network with two generators, your only options are both on, one on, zero on.
