This is addressed to anyone who's been to New Orleans for Fat Tuesday. I never have. What's it really like? Is there anything more than wild and crazy crowds and overpriced drinks? I've been to the Big Easy several times, and always enjoyed it. (Definitely a great restaurant town.) But I'm not one for mass hysteria. Though there's a part of me that wants to do it. Kinda like being in Times Square on New Year's Eve watching the ball drop. It's one of those bucket list items everybody should experience once.
