Is new Covid as deadly as old Covid?

Probably not (though there is also the mitigating factor of vaccination), but it still killed more people in LA County last week than usually die of flu in an entire year.

outdoors mainly because i actually like wearing masks. it feels rather comforting.
and also because i hate putting things on and taking them off repeatedly.

Wow. That's amazing that you like it. I always ripped it off at first opportunity and gasped for air. They made my shopping trips....very quick.

Maybe that's a good idea for that purpose.

I do agree with you about taking it off and putting it on. But that's what we did for almost 2 years here.
