King James Bible vs [King] James McGraw of McGraw-Hill science textbooks.

Or, to put it another way: AV1611 KJB vs AV2017 KJT.

Why can't these two agree with each other?

Why oh why cant An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith agree with University Physics with Modern Physics by Young, Freedman & Lewis Ford?
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/03...as2&tag=physidatab-20&linkId=W7YL5BG4M25YML57
Maybe thats because they have differetn subjects and different ways of saying truths?

You do know there are different truths right?

One's a book of religious significance and one isn't.

Biblical translations undergo revision and are subsequently improved via removal of serious inaccuracies.

Here is are some examples:

Are There Mistakes in the King James Version of the Bible?

Such mistakes are sometimes based on translator incompetence.
But sometimes the inaccuracies are based on theological bias.

KJB is a religious, not a scientific text?
I don't suppose it crossed your mind to call It our "sacred text," did it?

Calling It 'religious' just puts It in with all the other religious texts: like the Book of Mormon or the Urantia Book.

How do you feel they disagree? James McGraw had nothing to do with McGraw-Hill science textbooks since he left the company in 1928 and died in 1948.

"They don´t agree because one is your sacred text" doesn´t seem to answer your question.

Yes, there are a lot of books out there that disagree with each other.

That's why I called it the AV2017 KJT.

One's a book of religious significance and one isn't.
The one tends to be a lot more expensive than the other. The cost for textbooks on campuses nowadays is open thievery. $300+ for a Biology textbook that is good for 2 semesters and half of it isn't even used throughout both semesters. Then there's the lab book that's another $100+, and of course a good chunk of it is never used.

Supply and demand. There is more demand for text books, I suppose.

But your opening gambit was:

So, my question still stands. Why do you think the KJV and James McGraw disagree? Let me guess - you needed a way to get King James in twice.
You don't have to guess.

Your scientific method should have discovered it for you.

But for the record ... since you went right to the source (me) ...

The 1611KJB was superintended by God.

The 2017KJT is being superintended mainly by Urania.

Why do you think they disagree?

I'm asking about the claim in your OP that James McGraw and KJV disagree. You're telling me that 2 different versions on the bible disagree. Why are you shifting the goalposts?

Yes indeed they disagree. Is that news to you?

Are you saying that science textbooks are bibles?
