I'm looking to frame some of my drawings, but I can't remember what the board/paper is called that you do that with. It usually comes "whole", but you're supposed to cut out a "window" to let your art show. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

It's matteboard. AKA matte board.

There's a trick to cutting it properly. Get a decent mat cutter, and do some You Tube research on how it's done.
