Kent's Kate Middleton barred from Facebook

A mother from Kent has been told she cannot use her Facebook account because she shares a name with Prince William's fiancee.

Private company, should be able to ban anyone they want for what ever reason they want. Of course, they should also take the full force of any backlash that results over this.

If I understand the article correctly she got her account back, since she could prove to be indeed Kate Middleton, and not an impersonator of the famous one.
So no foul.

EDIT: ok, she hasn't gotten her account back yet, but facebook promised to resolve the situation.
