My ego has nothing to do with the [alleged] mistake, made by scientists at the expense of a generation of children.
And for the record, I'm not so sure it was a mistake, either.
Now you are being overly dramatic. It is estimated worldwide that the number of victims was 10,000 to 20,000. That number is nothing to sneeze at, but you don't help matters by calling it a "generation" of children. Technically a generation of children would be in the hundreds of millions at the least.
Only a small percentage of women had this problem The problem was quickly traced down and eliminated due to science, not in spite of it.
If you don't like science you should not be benefiting from it. Dump the computer, the refrigerator, the TV, the air conditioner. In fact anything that uses electricity in any way. In fact I am fairly sure that AV could not live without the benefits of science, nor could I. In fact hardly anyone here would not quickly freeze or starve to death here without the benefits of science.
