It was all arranged that he was going to leave on Monday apparently and make a leaving statement. Then he annoyed Trump on Friday, so Trump just told reporters he was out, apparently humiliating him. Another Trump employee treated with dignity and respect..

For some reason, a lot of those people seem to think that Donald has been president for more than two years; they seem to start counting from the election day rather than inauguration day.

Pence's guy, Nick Ayers, turned down Donald, reportedly.
