The more we put the Lord aside in schools, teach envy regarding the backbone of Americans [the rich who worked], renounce freedom to succeed, push socialism and captivity FROM the state, regard sins as optional lifestyles to be praised now, follow the government instead of the Lord...
we will continue to see more angry children.

Guns are not the problem, it's the hearts of those who gain access to them.

Taking away the Lord from every possible venue and expecting happy hearts is like jumping into a sewer and wanting it to be clean like untainted fresh water.

GUNS are the 'outcome' lacking the Lord. He's been taken out of schools, government buildings, speeches, media, entertainment, and sadly even many churches.
And yet we expect happy, mentally & emotionally healthy future generations.
Kids aren't praying, they're in games slaying.

Now they're being taught a HUGE lesson that attacks the Lord.
That the Good Lord Himself was so in error to give them dna of the gender He created.
Adds more fuel to hatred towards Him the Creator.

This world has very little to offer our children that is a climate for 'true' tolerance and love. Which is the opposite of applauding sin. But helping others.
For the Good Book in the OT states, if you see someone in sin and do not warn or help them, they will suffer and so will you.

But here we are... shaking in corners afraid to rock any boats.
Church leaders allowing sins in their doors. et al

I posted this in another area, regarding the bill of rights for parents to know what's up in schools.
Someone mentioned guns...
So I surmised why guns have been a problem.
We are giving hurting ugly hearts to children and wonder ...
Also many parents have never emotionally developed due to their own crisis in the heart. And out doing drugs and neglecting children. Nobody is teaching them about the Lord so much and about avoiding sins. [unless in some crazy abusive manner which has the absolute opposite affect on a child in their journey to Heaven]

You make some really good points. I recently heard someone say when we took God out of the schools the guns came in. When I was in school some students had hunting rifles hanging in their pickup trucks at school and there was no problem. You are right guns are not the problem it is the hearts of man.

Truth in there.
Children react more to actions than words. When we have killed 60 million lives before they were even born, what is the message? They look around their classrooms and realize that there are empty seats where their classmates should be. Life has no value today. That is the message. You can rid yourselves of inconvenient and problematic people with a pill, a D&C, or a gun.

DNR... in hospitals and medical field.
AND that's being abused, as we knew it would be.

Someone made a joke out of the UK gun free crimes...
Every 52 seconds someone is knifed. [then the joke says 'poor bloke'.]

But it's not the weapon of choice, it's the loss of the Lord in raising our future.

True here too.
In my post I wrote "DNC" when I meant "D&C."
Sorry.

Well, in a nutshell, a lot of kids have a far less stable family situation today in 2023 thanks to two generations
of the fruits of the sexual revolution of the '60's.
I agree about kicking God out of public life but also children today are far less likely to be raised by their married, biological
parents. Family breakdown, loosening or eliminating morals and societal taboos, for better or worse.
Plus a culture of graphic violence in our entertainment. I have discussed this before
Back before 1970(and after about 1930.) The movie industry used to police itself with the Hayes Code.
Ditto Television with Family hour. they censored themselves due to public demand- the government wasn't involved.
Violent video games abound.
And if anyone objects it's "censorship."

I agree. We have a neighbor who is a school teacher. Elementary kids mind you. She is about to quit. She gets cussed at, dirty hand gestures, even threats. They do nothing about it. Where are they getting this? We know about peer pressure. but a lot of this comes from home, TV, internet, "entertainment." Basically our culture is falling/fallen. They are being taught this. They are even being told that their actions are justified. They think they are being super heroes and the "resistance." She is ready to retire so she is going that route. Good luck liberal left. You made this monster, now have fun dealing with it.

I have an old friend who quit teaching. Kids are unruly and teachers lost any kind of authority to instruct them now.
Yes... and it is because they do not receive support from the administration nor any from the parents.
My friend says the parents are often worse than the students.
