Many of you are familiar with a couple of congressional seats that were picked up by Muslim women and the first Muslim state attorney general put into office in Minnesota. What you may not realize is just how many political offices were filled by electing Muslims in 2018. Even more concerning is the high percentage of Muslims voting and their openness to promote the fact that they want to “change” our culture and society.

Lol. How dare Americans exercise their right to vote.

What's concerning is the low percentage of non-Muslims voting.

If you really want to be scared of something this silly on top of all the other things you Americans seem desperate to be scared of, the solution is more of you voting, not preventing them from doing so.

If the people in your source that were elected were anything but Muslim they would be extolled as model citizens.

I'm not from the USA but we have similar issues in the UK. It's definitely a problem. Not a problem that can't be overcome by targeting (but not prioritising) muslims with the Gospel. Not prioritising, because as far as I know we are not to make priorities in this way. I could be wrong?

Wow - Since when did the USA start saying - If you are democratically elected then, well done - Except if you are Moslem..... Is there a corollary post that counts the number of blacks with associated fear statement..... maybe we should get back to Nazi roots and count the number of Jews as well...... and heck if they are atheist.... well its time to get the gallows ready obviously.

Terrible! Alarming!
Non-discriminatory Immigration is the tool that socialists are using to change western societies, including US and Australia.

"The U.S." is saying no such thing. There are some Americans who don't want Muslims serving in office because they've bought into the creeping Sharia narrative. See this Tarrant County Republican official who they tried to remove simply because he was Muslim.

Is it a REAL problem? Are they citizens? Are they unqualified? Are they engaged in election fraud? Or is it just that they are not Christian?

I'm not arguing what Americans are saying - I'm guessing most Americans don't know and don't care about the number of Moslems in office as long as they do their job well.

My argument is what the OP article is intending - its aiming to inject fear..Oh no!!! Moslems in office.

As to your point - ie attempting to inject religion into secular society - well we Christians are pretty annoying at doing that too - Which is why its best to separate religion and state.

So in a sense I agree with you - anyone injecting their religious belief into your secular administration - regardless of the religion - remove them.

That was honest but this is a real world, prepare to be disappointed.

Immigrants always change societies. They always have everywhere, even in the US and Australia.
Yes that's very true..... Mostly for the better. You will always unfortunately have some culturally based frictions. But, at least in Australia, they are a mere blip on the radar. People just get on with their lives...... The biggest cultural issue really occurred when Europe settled in Australia and deposed the indigenous from their land. But in current times.... no issue with immigrants.

Ephesians 6:19 - And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,

Was THE* verse in mind when I responded. Also:

Acts 28:31 - Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.

I am grateful to God every time I am honest. I respect muslims as much as the next man but I do believe there are agendas held by many and I do not support islam.

What do you mean by prepare to be disappointed? Just asking. Sorry for semi-off topic post
