One of my sons had jury duty yesterday. The judge asked the potential jurors a series of questions (as always), and one of them was: "How many people here have ever fired a gun or have some knowledge of guns?"

Well over half of the potential jurors raised their hands.

I love living here!

Ain't it the truth!

I was called to jury duty one fall and selection was the week before deer season opened. Half the jury pool was released because they were going hunting! Let that be a lesson. If you're ever on trial and want to be judged by a jury of your peers, don't go to trial during deer season.
