Not sure where the negotiations could go next.
I wasn't really sure what the most recent offer was; I seem to remember a deal involving full implementation of the governments plans, but with a two year review into the changes effects on the NHS, were rejected by the government.

Perhaps Jeremy Hunt's head on a platter could be a term the government could offer to sweeten any future deals. By that I mean his resignation as Health Secretary.

Seems both appropriate, and appealing.
Just a thought.

Hunt is still refusing to implement a localised trial of the proposed changes. Which I think is telling.
Any kind of actual scrutiny of the governments changes, before or after implementation, seems to be a red line for the government.
Apparently, finding out if the changes are bad of patients or the NHS is unacceptable.
Not even the government thinks its plans are good it seems.
