We know that when we hear the word of God, the teaching of the word of God must be applied first for people to receive the word (through the Holy Spirit's enlightenment) in the best way, however I want to point out that hearing the word of God preached will keep us grounded and secure. Pastors, ministers, etc. are required to minister the word of God by teaching first, rightly dividing the word of God and then to preach the word for us to stay excited about the word of God. What do you think? How do you grow your faith. Do you meditate on the word of God daily? Do you have daily bible based affirmations that you say everyday? Do you just listen to the word of God daily?
