Nope, I don't. The Republican Party is the closest thing we have to a classically liberal party in the US. Absolutely the Democrat Party is not at all liberal and was never liberal: it was the party of slavery and of Jim Crow, and not only continues to be a party that thrives on racial division and class envy but has totally abandoned any pretense of belief in the inherent dignity and moral equality of all human beings. Its policies are based on the unspoken assumption that unalienable human rights do not exist, that all so-called rights are mere gifts of the State. The Democrat Party is the party of collectivist totalitarian statism.

If you can't see this, then you are the one who has it backward. Horribly backward.

That's because you've been told for decades that Conservatism and Liberalism are things that they are not. We're seeing it again with the current attempts to define racism as including ideas such as "all lives matter" and not including ideas such as "black people can't be racist".
