Jesus in Jewish mysticism

When one looks at concepts like the Metatron and the Sefirot, it's hard not to think of Jesus and the Trinity.

Is it possible that Jewish mystics encountered Jesus without even realizing it?

Enoch turns to metatron thats paganism I don't believe thats relevant to the Trinity in anyway as none of the persons transforms into something.

The term "son of man" appeared in Enoch before the Book of Daniel was written. Enoch may have misidentified the identity of the Son of Man because He hadn't appeared yet.

Metatron also appears in numerous places in Jewish literature, not just in Enoch.

Christian Kabbalists identified the upper three Serifot with the Trinity:
