If you don't believe Paul, that is between you and God. I am only telling you what Paul wrote.
Eph 2:2 and 2 Cor 4 are pointing out how people in unbelief are not yet saved and set free,
not that satan was
a ruling god of the planet as is your claim. Jesus defeated satan so that He rules over all demonic power (Jn 12:31; Matt 28:18; 1 Pet 3:22; 1 Jn 3:8; Heb 2:14-15; 2 Tim 1:10).
Scripture says Jesus is the God of this world. Paul wrote it:
Ephesians 1:20-21
he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named,
not only in this world, but also in that which is to come
It's right there. I'm only showing you what Paul wrote.
If you don't believe Paul, that is between you and God.
Do you imagine that God's will is being done on earth today? Then why on earth are we praying "thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven... He will is NOT being done on earth, ..."
You couldn't be more wrong.
The religion and Kingdom of Christ began with a tiny band of 12 Apostles in a tiny country in the middle east almost 2000 years ago and has since extended all over our planet
and cannot be stopped. No more is the Faith of Abraham restricted to a tiny country in the Middle East. It became universal and continues to grow and dominate. You and I have a role in the continuing expanse of Christ's kingdom by walking in the faith of our fathers, subduing kingdoms, and bringing people everywhere into obedience to the covenant. We are rulers and princes in God's holy nation (Matt 21:43; 1 Pet 2:9). We are the chosen, and the royal priesthood (1 Pet 2:5-10).
We Christians are not the defeated losers to Satan that you make us out to be. Instead, we are the partakers in Chirst's overwhelming victory and PRESENT rulership. Sadly it is You who are acting against God's Will when you preach a present "Defeat of Christianity, and victory of Satan" that is opposite to All apostolic teaching.
Thankfully, even your pessimism can't stop the rest of us from advancing our victory, moving forward and Doing His will each and every day. The victory presently belongs to you too lamad, even if you refuse to acknowledge it, the rest of us will continue to assure you partake in it.
There is nothing that can stop us.
Here are those passages again:
John 12:31
Now judgment is upon this world; now the ruler of this world will be cast out
Hebrews 2:14
since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil
Colossians 2:15
[And] having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them
1 Peter 3:22
[Christ] is at the right hand of God, having gone into heaven, after angels and authorities and powers had been subjected to Him
Matthew 28:18
And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Eph 1:20-22
[God] set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all [things] under his feet
Revelation 1:5
Jesus Christ, [is]...the prince of the kings of the earth
Remember when Satan temped Jesus? he offered to give Him his authority over all the kingdoms of the world. How? Because at that time (and still today) Satan had legal possession.
Prove this assertion from Scripture.
Scripture teaches the opposite, that is was the Death, burial and RESURRECTION of Christ that Stripped Satan of ALL Power.
When Jesus said that all authority was given to Him - OF COURSE it was. But God did not take over the world at that point in time, and kick Satan out.
If you don’t believe Jesus' death and resurrection defeated Satan, then you must NOT believe you are now saved by his blood, and you instead believe that Satan can TODAY prevent Jesus from saving you. That Jesus is today completely powerless to save you! This is the inescapable conclusion of your position. Thankfully the truth testifies the EXACT OPPOSITE, affirming Satan was cast out, judged, spoiled and bound by Jesus Christ:
John 12:31
Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
1 John 3:8
For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Hebrews 2:14
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same;
that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil.
Colossians 2:15
And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Matthew 12:28-29
If I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you...how can anyone enter the strong man's house and carry off his property, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house. (Jesus here claims to have bound satan and plundered his house)
2 Timothy 1:10
But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel
John 16:8,11
And when [the Holy Spirit] is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:...of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged
Acts 26:17-18
To the nations I now send you to open their eyes to turn them from darkness to light and from the power of satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and inheritance among them who are sanctified by faith that is in me.
AGAIN, Jesus Christ, not satan, is God and King over this world (over all of heaven and earth):
Matthew 28:18
And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.
Ephesians 1:19-23
He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come. And He put all things in subjection under His feet, and gave Him as head over all things to the church, which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
1 Peter 3:22
Jesus Christ, who is at the right hand of God, having gone into heaven, after angels and authorities and powers had been subjected to Him.
Revelation 1:5-6
Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and released us from our sins by His blood--and He has made us to be a kingdom, priests to His God and Father--to Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever.
As for The Accuser, Who shall bring a charge against God's elect?
Romans 8:31-34
What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him over for us all, how will He not also with Him freely give us all things? Who will bring a charge against God's elect? God is the one who justifies; who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us.
1 John 5:18
he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
