Yea I did.I did not agree with some of his policies, but I did not dislike him either.I just think people take it too far when they start to talk about a person's appearance and their family. He was not the best president, but I do not think its christian to dislike anyone as we are called to love everyone,I do not have to love what he stood for,but as a person I have nothing against him at all.

Are you asking this question of someone in particular?

I knew that Obama was there under God's will. I also found him destructive and taking the US down a road to ruin and away from God.

Trump was not supposed to win. The Clinton's and their supporters were supposed to win and continue with the agenda to lead to a New World order.

Because you don’t know who he is influenced by, that doesn’t mean that he isn’t. There are as many indications of Trump’s decisions being influenced by others as there are of the Clintons or anyone else. Don’t let partisan feeling prevent you from being objective.

You are correct. It's actually a command in the New Testament.

You shall not speak evil of the ruler of your people (Acts of the Apostles 23:5).

We shouldn't hate anyone. I don't believe it's right to mock or make fun of anyone. And we should respect the *office* of the presidency.

But, as long as we treat them with respect and act like Christians, nothing says we have to like the individual. It's OK not to.

The Bible says both to pray for those in authority, and to pray for our enemies. If we don't like the individual, then we pray for them twice as much, because now they're in two categories.

I tend to believe God did put Trump in office. No the man doesn't have to be perfect but there's a basic agenda God wanted I believe to be achieved and it took this type of man who would be unflinchingly bold to pull it off. I can't help wonder if it's all that he thought it would be or if he had to do it again would he have. There's been so many disappointments from his Presidency and it's legitimacy being questioned without ceasing, to having an Attorney General with his hands tied without almost looking like he was not in control. Odd but wonderful at the same time how he and Senator Cruz could have had such a strained relationship with the names of this or that being stated and yet later to find Cruz would be one of his strongest supporters. I wish the President peace and wisdom in the days ahead.

...you mean the 65,853,516 American voters that voted for Sec. Clinton as opposed to the 62,984,825 people who voted for President Trump? Those supporters?

You mean the things that the majority of American voters wanted to happen?

You mean like when President Trump called Senator Cruz's wife ugly? Or the time President Trump claimed Sen. Cruz's dad was involved in assassinating President Kennedy? I could see how that might cause some strains in a relationship.

...true, when Sen. Cruz threw both his wife and his dad under the bus it was an amazing day even by Texas political standards. :sorry:

I believe he's going to need both, but I suspect neither one is going to happen in the foreseeable future. :sigh:

I dont believe "making fun" of anyone is the problem.. but the MALICE behind it as it is a heart issue.

If I do something stupid I even mock myself... God gave us humor for a reason.

However.. there IS a difference between a light hearted "teasing" and malice-filled "jokes" that are merely hate filled propaganda disguised as "a joke".

I also wouldnt state that anyone that does this or that "isnt a Christian". Is it a misstep to cause another to stumble or to tear down someone instead of build them up? Absolutely, but how many of us are "perfect Christians" and are perfectly like Christ?

If the making of a mistake means one is "not a Christian" then none of us are Christians as EVERY single one of us must be forgiven DAILY of AT LEAST one sin as none are perfect.

That's not to say we shouldnt correct a brother or sister in love, nor is it to make excuse for sin, but to claim because they are imperfect that they are "not a real Christian" is judgement and dangerous at best. If they ignore correction then maybe there is something to them "not being Christian" as far as being around them is concerned, but the judgement of their level of Christianity, that's between them and God.

Everybody is "influenced" by others, as well as their own agenda's... However, Trump is not "owned". Hillary was. She would have been just a face.. a mask... a puppet controlled by others of high power, wealth and with a specific agenda that was not in the best interest of the people... especially not Christians.

These people put their own kids in danger by dragging them across a continent and hoping to crash through a border a head of some that have waited years to come here legally. Quit blaming Trump for everything in the world especially things that he had no hand in doing.

Kake News channels are putting out some real??

Hey, it's your democratic system.. right? Ours, in Canada, is flawed too.. However, every leader is elected with the same system.

Problem is... the powers that be were all set for Hillary to walk in and sit in the oval office. Out of nowhere, Donald Trump comes in and wins. Doing so in the US election process.

Now, the powers that control the governments are doing nothing but focus on anything that Trump does that is negative. The media is ignoring all of the good things he is doing for the people of the US.

Trump has completed many goals that were goals of other Presidents from the Right and the left, that never got done... only lip service and chatter... never action.. People are so focused on their hate for the man... their dented pride that he won...any event that takes the focus of the fact that your country is doing well under his leadership.

You are so blinded by the propaganda that is overwhelming your media that you don't even see the reality of it all.

In Canada, we are so sick of hearing all the crap about Trump... blah blah Trump.. blah blah Trump... Enough already.. It's been two years and they are still poor losers.. Accept it and move on.

Scandals? You want scandals.... Hillary should be in prison... The Podesta's are evil and participate in "Spirit Cooking".

As a Christian, you should investigate these things.

I know.. I'm Canadian... and maybe... just maybe.. sitting up here and watching the show down there gives me a different perspective.

One of the biggest things that prove that Trump is doing the will of God is the fact that after years.. well... decades of Presidents stating that they would move their embassy to Jerusalem....Trump did it...

This is a landmark move and a milestone in the history of the world and Israel.

i thought we were a republic, rather than a democracy? or are we a democratic republic now, like china?

i had and have issues with barrack hussein obama and hilary roderom clunton, but i guess not to the degree people have with donald trump (not every little thing, like feeding fish, grabbing cats etc.) i think we can dislike someone as being false and improperly in a position of power, without not loving them.

when i read that gorge william bush died, i was pleased that he was finally going to face the same judgement that he'd sent those to before him. is that harsher than i would deal with myself? perhaps, but if i had deliberately gone and had people murdered, i think i'd be as harsh on myself.

Those who criticized Trump believe that it is part of democracy to speak their minds.
I live in Singapore, used to study in Canada and visit USA and been following USA n world politics. I have been both amazed and "dismayed" at how anti Trump people - Democrats CNN etc - just howl at every thing Trump says and does. Apparently that's how they think they should use their rights.

Well for the ones that can I guess it's nice to be able to think that way. Due to abortion I can't. Bible says that not one is good. Something to keep in mind I guess? I know I have a family member that's a Christian but, claims she's pretty darn good. From what I read in the Word that causes me some worry.

Yes it's gotten to the point now where it seems only the foolish would believe them?
