Spring always has me running in circles, The Fish are biting, The Turkeys are starting to gobble and Morel mushrooms are starting to pop up.
I don't know whether to go fishing, hunting, looking for mushrooms or what.
So much to do in the beautiful outdoors right now.
Easter lilies are up, The sargus and dogwood trees are starting to bloom.

Amen. I have had a great start already. We caught 27 White Bass the other day. Actually more than that but threw some small ones back. One really nice smallmouth and several largemouth bass as well.

It's a beautiful day that God has blessed us with. A little chilly and windy, so no fishing today, But that's ok because I really should clean house today anyway.
Being single is horrible on cleaning days. I am learning a lot though as I go along. Little things Like red clothes and white clothes do not wash together.
The food is done before smoke alarm is to go off.
If you leave home and go fish all day there is NO magical little elve's gonna show up and clean your house, If you leave and it is dirty, It WILL still be dirty when you come home.
I have also learned that there is a thief living in here somewhere that steals socks.

Fishing was poor today, I only came home home with four white bass. But it's ok because the beauty and splendor of the great outdoors was plenty good enough for me.
I watched intently as two little ducks swam around and I couldn't help but think what a miracle and blessing of God. It truly amazes me how such tiny innocent and defenseless little creatures such as these, Can even survive the elements of this world? But they do.
Even after a major thunderstorm with wind and hail all night, Still; When dawn breaks the same little birds that suffered through that terrible weather are singing their little hearts out in glory to the Creator.

I think us humans could learn a lot from that. :]

Another beautiful day. I snapped a couple of photos of where we were fishing yesterday. We caught a bunch of white bass, Crappie and Walleye. It was a awesome day

Loaded the boat with White Bass. They are really biting good right now. The ole turkeys are Gobbling when that sun peeks out so I will be laying out camo and loading up the old 12 ga soon :]

Sun is out today and it is so beautiful here. It has rained for the past three days, so no fishing pics to post yet. Perhaps I will get to go tomorrow and fish in the chocolate milk colored water. I hope everyone has a beautiful Easter weekend.

I guess I am getting senile already at age 46 lol. I forgot to take pics until after I fillet the fish. So I ran back out and took one of the leftovers. We caught our limit of 25 apiece so we brought home 50. Fried fish tonight
