Bush attacked Iraq only a few months after September 11th. Iraq did not attack the US. It was attacked on the mere suspicion of weapons of mass destruction, a story that later turned out to be the result of confabulation. A fancy way to say, somebody lied.
And the war in Afghanistan is still without resolution. Some people even at the time did not think causing a war in one of the poorest countries of the world was really justifiable, no matter who attacked us. The collateral damage and chaos caused by war can render violence unjustified if there is no sense of proportionality to the violence suffered.
Ok I have two points to make about your post.
1. Not fully true. Yes the information that there were active WMD in Iraq was not turned out to be true. But Bush had evidence that there were WMD from Khidhir Hamza a scientist working on Saddam's nuclear program testified that the program was ongoing. So there were some evidence that there was an active program. But what our soldiers found were WMD from the past program and not any evidence of an ongoing program.

2. Afghanistan war was fully justified. Let's not forget that al-Qaeda attacked the USS Cole killing 17 of our sailors in 2000. We did not go fully after Osama Bin Laden or his network then. It took an attack on our own soil on September 11th to launch an attack that the Afghan government was shielding to stop this threat. Today the government of Afghanistan is grateful to our commitment to stopping this threat. Today even the people of Afghanistan can vote and the lives of the people down there are improving (sources below). The people in Afghanistan disagree with you.

Of course in North Korea Kim acknowledges both the nuclear weapons program and is threatening to use them, both of these should not be ignored. This is a lot different and more serious then that of Iraq. North Korea should be taken seriously and a pre-emptive strike is fully justified. We have tried talks, aid, sanctions, warnings of military strike and nothing has worked. At a point we must say enough is enough and take out the threat before it can be carried out. A nuclear strike would be devastating and we have a window to take out North Korea's nuclear capabilities before they can hit us.
