On April 25, 2032, a partial blood moon eclipse will appear over Israel on their second Passover that's a prophetic sign for the nation's second historic opportunity to be forgiven of their sins, when a remnant will trust in Jesus who was pierced on the cross over 2,000 years ago at the first Passover, just before the Lord returns to defeat the Antichrist and save Israel at the end of the tribulation in 2038, Zec 12:9-10, 13:8-9.

In 2032 and 2033 four blood moons will appear at the same time when the blood of the saints is being shed in the first 2 years of tribulation from 2031 to 2033, before 5 years of God's wrath begins with no plowing or harvest of the gospel for rebellious and unbelieving mankind, Genesis 45:5-7.
Rev 6:9-13 When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the witness they had borne. (10) They cried out with a loud voice, "O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?" (11) Then they were each given a white robe and told to rest a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brothers should be complete, who were to be killed as they themselves had been. (12) When he opened the sixth seal, I looked, and behold, there was a great earthquake, and the sun became black as sackcloth, the full moon became like blood (the full number of saints have shed their blood), (13) and the stars of the sky fell to the earth (Satan and the demons are cast down to earth, Rev 12:4) as the fig tree sheds its winter fruit when shaken by a gale.

In Mat 24:27-31, Jesus describes the same tribulation events that are mentioned in Rev 6:9-17.

Matthew 24:27-31 For as the lightning comes from the east and shines as far as the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. (28) Wherever the corpse is (the martyred tribulation saints), there the eagles (angels) will gather. (29) "Immediately after the tribulation of (the saints in) those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light (the moon turns to blood), and the stars will fall from heaven (the demonic angels are cast to earth, Rev 12:4), and the powers of the heavens will be shaken. (30) Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn (because of God's wrath, Rev 6:16-17), and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. (31) And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect (the tribulation saints) from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other (just before God's wrath begins in 2033).

    Blood moon 5.png
The chapter and verse numbers in Joel.2:31 and 2:32 are prophetic clues for the years of 2031 and 2032, when millions of people will call on Jesus to be saved in the tribulation when the four blood moons will appear in 2032 and 2033, just before the great day of the Lord's wrath begins.

Joel 2:31-32 The sun shall be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the great and awesome day of the LORD comes. (32) And it shall come to pass that everyone who calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.

Three Blood Moons will appear over Jerusalem in 2032 and 2033
The blood moons on April 25, 2032 on Israel's second Passover and October 18 one month after Tabernacles, will both be visible from Jerusalem.

And the blood moon on Passover April 14, 2033 will also appear over Jerusalem. While the blood moon on October 8 at Tabernacles will not take place over Israel.

A super blood moon will also appear over Russia and China on January 31, 2037, shortly before the final battle of Armageddon in 2038, Revelation 19:19,=38.
    • So why is the blood moon in 2032 appearing on Israel's second Passover instead of the first Passover like the previous blood moons did in 1949 and 1950, 1967 and 1968, and the latest ones in 2014 and 2015?
    • Is this rare second Passover blood moon just an insignificant event, or is this a mysterious prophetic sign concerning the nation of Israel?
    • And why will 3 of these blood moons be visible from Israel which is unprecedented with the previous quatrad of blood moons?

Why did Israel observe a Second Passover?
In Numbers 9:6-13, the Lord told Moses the second Passover was to be kept by those in Israel who touched a dead body and were unclean at the time of Passover, or anyone who was on a long journey and could not attend the feast.

On the day before the Passover meal began Jesus was falsely accused by the religious leaders and the people of Israel who demanded his crucifixion when they said, “His blood be on us and our children,” Matthew 27:24-25.

Therefore those who rejected Jesus as their Messiah and took part in his death were unclean at the time of Passover. And ever since then the majority of Israel has been unclean on their long 2,000 year journey of unbelief in Jesus as the Passover Lamb of God.

However the unrighteous nation of Israel will have a second opportunity to humble themselves and be forgiven of their sins in the last year of the tribulation, and this end-time event is revealed in scripture by Israel's second Passover.

A humble remnant returns to Jerusalem to keep the Second Passover
In 2 Chronicles 30:1-21, it speaks of the northern tribes of Israel who escaped from the hand of the kings of Assyria and were invited by Hezekiah to return to Jerusalem to keep the second Passover. However the majority of Israel mocked and scorned Hezekiah's request while only a remnant humbled themselves before God and returned to Jerusalem for the second Passover.

This story of a remnant who escaped the king of Assyria and returned to Jerusalem to have their sins forgiven at the second Passover, and the blood moons that will appear on the second Passover in 2032 and the first Passover in 2033, is a deep symbolic prophecy for a remnant of Israel who will flee from the Antichrist on their long journey to the second Passover in the last year of the tribulation, when the unrighteous nation will be given a second chance to be forgiven of their sins when they will trust in Jesus whom they pierced on the cross at the first Passover in Jerusalem, Zechariah 12:9-10, 13:8-9.

Israel's First and Second Historic Passover
The spring feast of Passover is prophetic for Jesus first coming when he was crucified as the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. This was Israel's first Passover opportunity to be forgiven of their sins through faith in their suffering Messiah who rose in victory from the grave on the 17th of Nisan (17 is symbolic for victory and resurrection). However the majority of Israel refused to believe in Jesus as their risen Savior and Lord.

The fall feast of Yom Kippur in the 7th month 10th day (7+10=17, victory, resurrection) when the national sins of Israel are forgiven is symbolic for Jesus second coming at the end of the tribulation, when Israel will have a second and final Passover opportunity to be forgiven through faith in the Lamb of God who was pierced for their sins at the first Passover, Amos 8:1-2.

    2,000 bulls and 17,000 sheep
were offered at Israel's second Passover
2 Chronicles 30:24-27 For Hezekiah king of Judah gave the assembly 1,000 bulls and 7,000 sheep for offerings, and the princes gave the assembly 1,000 bulls and 10,000 sheep (at the second Passover). And the priests consecrated themselves in great numbers. (25) The whole assembly of Judah, and the priests and the Levites, and the whole assembly that came out of Israel, and the sojourners who came out of the land of Israel, and the sojourners who lived in Judah, rejoiced. (26) So there was great joy in Jerusalem, for since the time of Solomon the son of David king of Israel there had been nothing like this in Jerusalem. (27) Then the priests and the Levites arose and blessed the people, and their voice was heard, and their prayer came to his holy habitation in heaven.

So what is the meaning of the 2,000 bulls and 17,000 sheep that were offered at Hezekiah's second Passover for Israel?

Jesus is the beginning and the end, the Aleph and Tav
Jesus said he is the Aleph and the Tav, the beginning and the end. The Aleph is the first letter in the ancient Hebrew alphabet that's represented by a bull or an ox, and Aleph means strength or leader. The Tav is the last letter that's represented by a cross, and it means mark or covenant.
    Aleph Tav 4.png
Aleph and Tav means strength of the covenant. Jesus is the complete Word of God, the first and the last represented by the Aleph and the Tav. Jesus is the 'strength of the covenant' when he fulfilled the law and was sacrificed for our sins at the first Passover.

A Bull is sacrificed on Yom Kippur
On Yom Kippur a bull is sacrificed for the sins of the high priest, and this bull is symbolic for Jesus sacrifice on the cross. Therefore the 2,000 bulls that were offered by Judah and Israel prophetically speak of Jesus sacrifice that was fulfilled almost 2,000 years ago at the first Passover in Jerusalem, 2 Ch 30:24.

While the 7,000 and 10,000 sheep represent the 7th month 10th day of Yom Kippur that's symbolic for the end of the tribulation, when Israel's second Passover opportunity to be saved will be fulfilled when a remnant will be victorious over sin and death through faith in the blood of Christ (7+10=17, victory, resurrection).

Hezekiah's invitation to all Israel to attend the second Passover in 2 Chron 30:1 to 2 Chron 30:8, appears to be prophetic for the tribulation years from 2031 to 2038, when a humble remnant will come to Israel's second Passover to be forgiven of their sins by faith, just before the end of the tribulation on Yom Kippur represented by the 7,000 and 10,000 sheep, when they will weep bitterly as they look upon the Lamb of God who was pierced for their sins over 2,000 years ago (2,000 bulls) at the first Passover in Jerusalem.

Zec 12:9-10 And on that day I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem (at the end of the tribulation). (10) “ I will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and pleas for mercy (for their sins at the second Passover), so that, when they look on me (the Lamb of God), on him whom they have pierced (on the cross over 2,000 years ago at the first Passover), they shall mourn for him, as one mourns for an only child, and weep bitterly over him, as one weeps over a firstborn (Son of God).

Israel put the blood of the lamb
on the doorposts to be protected from the death angel
Just before Israel was set free from their slavery to Pharaoh in Egypt, they put the blood of the lamb on the doorposts of their homes to be protected from the 10th and final plague of the death angel when it passed over and killed the firstborn in each house that was not covered by the blood of the lamb.

In this story of Israel's deliverance from slavery, Pharaoh is a type for the Antichrist, and 8 of the 10 plagues in Egypt will be repeated again during the tribulation. The blood of the Passover lamb that Israel placed on the doorposts to protect the firstborn from the death angel, is symbolic for the blood of Jesus that's placed on our hearts by faith that protects us from God's judgment of death for firstborn sinful mankind that have not been born-again in Christ's righteousness.

The 10th and final plague when Israel was saved from the death angel and set free from their slavery to Pharaoh by the blood of the lamb on Passover, is prophetic for a remnant who will be saved from eternal death and set free from slavery to the Antichrist through faith in the blood of Jesus at Israel's second Passover, just before the Lord returns at the end of the tribulation represented by the 7th month 10th day of Yom Kippur, with a judgment of death for rebellious and unbelieving mankind who are not covered by the blood of God's Lamb.

The blood moons that will appear over Israel on their second Passover in 2032 and the first Passover in 2033, that are followed by the blood moon on Tabernacles, are a heavenly sign that's symbolic for Israel's second Passover opportunity to be forgiven of their sins when they will believe in Jesus whom they pierced on the cross at the first Passover, just before Christ returns with his saints to Tabernacle and reign as King of kings and Lord of lords over Israel and all mankind.

Matthew 23:39 For I tell you, you will not see me again, until you say, 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.'"
