Is that the way in which you all see it?

Also wondering if there is anything that the US
could do so as to bring these two to the peace table?

There were numerous Infitadas and now there is a wall around the West Bank after Hebrews complained about Palestinian suicide bombings. Palestinians complained about Israel taking their land by imminent domain.

Israel worried about a rapidly expanding Arab population and voting patterns.

Many Christians left Israel because of discrimination from both sides. Ones who remained may not have suffered as much as Christians in Iraq and Syria. Nazareth has a Muslim mayor. They used to have a Christian mayor.

Hi MM,

Well, as I understand the account (and I will quickly add that I have not been following this activity prior to your post) last week a leader in Gaza made several rocket strikes in Israel. Israel then found the person responsible and instituted an operation to neutralize him. Gaza seems to have taken offense at this action and retaliated against Israel. Yes, from what I have gathered in this report, Gaza initiated the attack.
