"Your descendants will be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. All peoples on earth will be blessed through you and your offspring." -Genesis 28:14 This scripture is coming to pass NOW! Israel is a blessing to the nations!

Some of the evidence is here:

-Israel has the richest farmland in the world and grows 95% of it's own food, as well as exports fresh produce all over the world.

-Israel is a major exporter of agricultural technology all over the world.

-Israeli cows produce more milk than the United States, Europe, and Australia. The “kibbutz” or Israeli dairy farm is so efficient it has attracted the attention of nations such as India who have visited to see how they do things.

-Israel is 60% desert but has become a “water superpower”, helping 150 countries around the world with their water supplies

-Israel is the world leader in water reuse, outpacing the United States, Spain, Australia, Italy, and Greece, enabling to share it's water supplies with other nations.

Kibbutz does not mean "dairy farm." It's basically a collective farm, like those that existed in the early Soviet Union.

The modern state of Israel is not the blessing to the nations the Bible talks about.

The people of Israel became a blessing to the nations by producing our Lord, God, and Savior Jesus Christ!

Isaiah 19
22 And the LORD shall smite Egypt: he shall smite and heal it: and they shall return even to the LORD, and he shall be intreated of them, and shall heal them.
23 In that day shall there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians shall serve with the Assyrians.
24 In that day shall Israel be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, even a blessing in the midst of the land:
25 Whom the LORD of hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be Egypt my people, and Assyria the work of my hands, and Israel mine inheritance.

When there is a highway linking Syria, Egypt, and Israel and each nation is spoken of as the above passage, then I'll acknowledge it as prophecy fulfilled.

Of which "Israel" does the OP speak? Twelve-tribed Israel? The tribe of Judah? The remnant carried off to Babylon? The remnant that returned to rebuild Jerusalem? The remnant that survived the Jewish-Roman wars? The remnant that survived absorption by Islam? The Khazar converts? Outside the Bible, finding Israelites is not easy...

It is true that Israel is a resourceful people, industrious and inventive. The reference in Genesis 28:14 is NOT to the present though, but is speaking of the new Jerusalem when the recovered nation becomes the center of government worldwide as shown in Revelation 7:4-8. That is after the Tribulation time of God's judgment and wrath against sinful mankind ---soon to come as foretold; and is then when their Messiah returns again and reigns for the thousand years (the Millennium). Israel as a nation will be established as God's earthly people again forever with all the twelve tribes represented, according to prophesy, while the "bride" of Christ today (--the Church) will be a heavenly people forever. Sadly, Israel's Messiah (Jesus, the Christ of God) is rejected today by them, and their ONLY hope now is receiving the Lord Jesus in this age, as essential for all mankind. The WHOLE WORLD needs to receive the Lord Jesus Christ to have ANY blessings in the future.

I'm sorry, I'm not seeing the blessing here. I don't see Israel giving the U.S. $6 billion in free money every year. That has pretty much always been the other way around. What war has Israel ever gone to on the U.S.' behalf? Did Israel help establish the U.S. as a nation?

"What have you done for me lately..."

The issue here is about Israel as a covenant people of God, not what the "Christ rejecters" are doing. They have suffered much in dispersion over the world, and God has allowed some of them to return to Jerusalem, which is to be ready for the end of grace. They MUST receive their Messiah ---Jesus, the Christ of God, NOW or they will surely perish; YET, the promise is to a remnant as Revelation shows (the 144,000) from each of the twelve tribes, who will be the fulfillment of God's promise to make them His earthly people then forever. The Old Testament also foretold this, and some of the Prophets urged Israel to receive their Messiah; but today many continue their religion of old, and turn away from the grace of God ---a very sad thing to see.

Real Christians need to continue to show mercy and grace toward Israel in hopes of their receiving their Messiah, but only few are responding. It is right before God that some nations are showing care and support for Israel as a nation, which is the least we can do, and should continue preaching Jesus Christ as their eternal hope.
