The only one I could imagine them trying is Mars, but there are a lot of things that will have to happen in the space of 10 years or less for that to happen. I even think Elan Musk was looking at starting a colony either on the moon or Mars.

NASA is planning a manned exploration mission to Mars around 2030, as well as several robotic explorers.

They aren't planning on "moving" as in relocating or sending a permanent space station there.

I highly doubt it would be by 2030. I have heard many talk of Mars being in the plans for the future. The first people they send there would be doing a one way trip. There's lots of people that would still love to be on the list for that.
