That's pretty arrogant of you to equate your opinions/interpretations with facts. The facts are that the Mark of the Beast™ is a first century event. Just because some future event may seem like the same thing doesn’t make it the same thing. Satan likes using the same tricks over and over.
Most everything. He still is putting His enemies under His feet. And the kingdom is still growing. That everything has already happened first century

How sure are you that you are correct about your position? That's pretty arrogant of you to equate your opinions/interpretations with facts.
Those who were dwelling at that time. Plus, you need to look at the context from the beginning. Never was every person on earth in view. The mindset of the Romans, for instance, was that they had conquered the whole world, even though it was hyperbole.Tell me how all whose names are not written in the book of life worshiped the beast and had its mark in the first century. What about people since then whose names are not written in the book of life? Have they not also worshiped the beast? Where does it say there's any exceptions among those whose names are not written in the book of life?
Revelation 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
Who was the first century beast and tell me how all whose names are not written in the book of life worshiped the beast and had its mark at that time.
Well, did you go to the OT and see how sun, moon, and stars were used?I showed you Matthew 24:29 and you never had anything else to say about it. All you said was do more studying. Please refute what it says and how it lines up with your view. You can’t.
Still first century.
If you can look at scripture as a whole, you don’t need a total world government. You need to use scripture to interpret scripture, not modern media.Total one world government in the first century and the Chinese were not even aware of it ???
That is an interesting interpretation.
Do you think Revelation chapter 16 was also first century?
Rev 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.
Rev 16:16 And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.
Rev 16:17 And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done.
Rev 16:18 And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.
Rev 16:19 And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath.
Rev 16:20 And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.
Rev 16:21 And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great.

Not at all.In other words, you just ignore Revelation chapter 16.
.
Oh so the Bible isn’t for us?Really it is hard for me to think that anyone could take a book that was not written to modern man and assume everything happens now ignoring the landscape of Christianity and the perils it faced than.
You need to remember that it was written for us, but not to us.Oh so the Bible isn’t for us?
Not at all.
Of course it did. But if you won’t take off your literalist glasses (and stop using media to interpret the Bible) you won’t see it.If you do not ignore Revelation 16, can you tell us when Christ came as a thief and gathered them into a place called Armageddon?
When did the greatest earthquake in history occur, which destroyed the mountains?
Are you going to tell us it occurred during the first century?
.
So in your view Christianity is just going to keep growing until most people are saved and then the end?Of course it did. But if you won’t take off your literalist glasses (and stop using media to interpret the Bible) you won’t see it.
