Do these scriptures imply that breaking a promise to god is unforgivable/blasphemy?

Above all, brethren, do not swear, neither by heaven neither by earth neither by anything else. Let your answers be "Yes" or "No." Otherwise you will be condemned. ~ James 5:12

You must not misuse the name of the LORD your God. The LORD will not let you go unpunished if you misuse his name. ~ Deuteronomy 5:11

Nothing is unforgivable to the person that is still living on earth who hasn't become a reprobate. Reprobates won't, but others still have the ability to confess any and all sins and be forgiven. "Calvary covers it All".

Above all, my brothers and sisters, do not swear, not by heaven or by earth or by anything else. All you need to say is a simple "Yes" or "No." Otherwise you will be condemned. ~ James 5:12

Only rejecting the grace of God and insulting the Holy Spirit by resisting or turning away (apostasy) from Him is blasphemy. The issues that you mentioned dishonor God but can be forgiven after repentance. Peace in Christ :).

No it's not , the only unforgivable sin you can make is rejecting free gift of salvation that is blasphemy of Holy Spirit .

"And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but he that shall speak against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, nor in the world to come." - Matthew 12:32

The only sin which is unforgivable is Final Impenitence which is also called blasphemy of the Holy Ghost, who is the Spirit of Penance. Every sin that men repent of will be forgiven but the sin that is not repented of shall not be forgiven, neither in this world nor in the world to come.
