Also, is there a tech support area where I could ask this?

Apparently, you have to download the file and then upload it to CF.

I basically pasted in the below text, changing the parentheses to brackets.

Wow, it worked. I basically use the GIF icon that is in my text messaging on the phone. Hit the image, then share, then copy, back swipe to CF, then to the message, and then to the icon next to the :-

) and paste. Genius.
